Connecting Across: Religious Beliefs

Religion is known for dividing. Whether is Christians vs. Muslims or Catholics vs. Protestants there is a strong tendency to not connect with people who do not share our beliefs about God. Is it possible to connect with another person who holds religious beliefs that are in conflict with our beliefs? Is that even what God wants? Making the connection across religious beliefs isn’t about winning an arguement, it’s about loving another human being that was created in God’s image just like us.
