What does the Hospitality Team do?

The Hospitality Team is essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at WholeLife Church. Members can serve in one of four key roles:
  • Greeter: Welcome people at the door with a smile, provide a friendly first impression, and help set the tone for a welcoming environment.
  • Info Desk Host: Answer questions and provide helpful information to attendees at the Info Desk. Training is provided to ensure hosts are equipped with the knowledge needed for this role.
  • Worship Center Host: Assist attendees inside the Worship Center by helping them find seats, ensuring they feel comfortable, and connecting with anyone who may need support or assistance.
  • Coffee Team Member: Serve drinks and refreshments to attendees, creating opportunities to connect with people and make them feel at home.
What does the Social Event Team do?

The Social Event Team is dedicated to planning and hosting quarterly events that bring the WholeLife Church community together for connection, fun, and fellowship. We create informal, enjoyable environments where relationships can grow and thrive. Our events include: Potlucks, Movie Nights, Christmas Brunch, Other creative community activities

Ways You Can Serve:
  • Food Service – Assisting with meal prep, serving, and cleanup.
  • Logistics – Coordinating event setup, take down, and operations.
  • Decoration – Bringing events to life with creative decor and design.

What does the Visitation Team do?

The Visitation Team ensures that members of WholeLife Church who are unable to attend services due to illness, injury, or other circumstances feel cared for, supported, and connected to the church community. We bring comfort and connection to those facing illness, injury, or other challenging circumstances through personal visits and prayer. Team members:

  • Visit individuals at home, in hospitals, or care facilities.
  • Offer prayer and emotional support.
  • Provide a listening ear and companionship during difficult times.
What does the Social Media Coordinator do?

The Social Media Manager will play a vital role in strengthening WholeLife Church’s online presence. This position requires a creative and organized individual who can plan, create, and manage content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging posts, captions, and calls-to-action that align with WholeLife’s mission and tone.
• Schedule posts in advance using social media management tools.

What does the Graphic Designer do?

The Graphic Designer will support WholeLife Church’s communications team by designing visually compelling graphics for social media, website content, event promotions, and both online and offline materials. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling & branding.

Responsibilities:
• Create graphics for social media posts, event promotions, and other digital content.
• Design printed materials such as flyers, posters, and signage.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual alignment across all content.

What does the Photographer/Videographer do?

The Photographer/Videographer will capture moments from WholeLife Church’s Sabbath services and special events. Their work will provide essential visual content for social media, website updates, and marketing materials. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for photography, videography, and storytelling through visuals.

Responsibilities:
• Attend and photograph/videotape Sabbath services and other key events (as needed).
• Capture candid shots of the congregation, music performances, and other moments that reflect WholeLife’s spirit and community.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to provide timely visual content.


What does the Volunteer do?

Help create a welcoming and organized space for church events like potlucks, VBS, and other large gatherings by assisting with setup or cleanup tasks.

Setup Responsibilities:
  • Take down any previous setup.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, and other necessary items for the event.
  • Assist in decorating and organizing the event space.

Take Down & Cleanup Responsibilities:
  • Wipe down tables and put them away.
  • Vacuum the event area.
  • Ensure the space is left clean and ready for future use.
