Our Vision Frame
Defining Who We Are and Where We’re Going
Vision is the focused direction of our church for a defined season of time. Because we cannot focus on everything at once, vision helps us prayerfully concentrate our energy, resources, and imagination on what matters most right now. In 2025, select members of the WholeLife Church staff, church board, and Visioning Team partnered with a professional facilitator to intentionally re-think our vision from the ground up. Over more than eight months of bi-weekly meetings, honest conversation, and prayer, nothing was assumed, and nothing was off the table as we discerned our most important focus.
The outcome of that process is our Vision Square—a framework designed to give clarity, alignment, and accountability to every vision we pursue. Its five components provide context, support, and healthy boundaries, ensuring that each seasonal focus is balanced, sustainable, and deeply aligned with who God is calling WholeLife to be. These five components continually shape and frame our vision, no matter the season we are in as a church.
